Driven off most cruelly from our
farms and fields our homes and hillsides

Ships are waiting on the ocean
young and old sail far from home and

Comfort me in the dead of night
Where darkness reigns and fear takes flight
Shelter me from the coming storm
and stay with me until it’s light

Deliver us up unto a country
where hope and fear they have no boundaries

Endless forests endless rain and
plains immense rise to mountains glory
